1. Placing an order

1.1. By placing an order on www.313london.com, the customer is making an offer of purchase. This offer does not form a binding contract until it has been accepted by the company. Acceptance is made entirely at the discretion of 313 London Limited.

1.2 Our website allows the customer to check and amend any errors before submitting an order. The customer should take special care to make sure the order is correct in all its aspects before submission is made, as, once placed, an order cannot then be amended.

1.3. On receipt of an order, an acknowledgement email will be sent to the address previously provided by the customer. This email will contain the order number, as well as the details of the goods to be purchased, and serves as an acknowledgement that the order has been received. It is not an acceptance of the customer’s offer to buy the goods.

Should an error occur, the customer will be notified as soon as possible using the contact details supplied by them. 3. Payment

3.2. All our prices are quoted in GBP. The customer may incur further charges through currency exchanges should their card or financial services provider originate in a jurisdiction that does not use pound sterling.

3.3. All transactions are secure and payment details are not stored. The customer’s card or financial services provider may carry out additional security checks to finalise impending transactions.

3.4. Should there be a need to carry out additional security checks, the customer’s order may be subject to delay. 313 London Limited will make every effort to minimise this wherever possible.

4. Products

4.1. Products are available depending on stock. The customer will be notified as soon as possible if a product cannot be supplied for any reason.

4.2. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes, and every effort is made to maintain their accuracy. The customer should be aware that aspects such as a device’s display can affect the product image. As a result, it is possible the product image may not be representative of the product.

5. Delivery

5.1. All U.K. orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day from being placed.

5.2. Orders placed by customers in Europe are normally delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch. Customers placing orders from remote areas are advised that delivery can take up to 20 working days. End-point distribution of products is performed by the national postal carrier of the destination country.

5.3. Customers placing orders from locations outside of Europe can typically expect delivery to take up to 10-15 working days, and up to 25 working days on rare occasions. End-point distribution of products is performed by the national postal carrier of the destination country.

5.4. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, custom duties, or additional taxes. Any extraneous costs such as these are the responsibility of the customer. 313 London Limited cannot provide guidance on any supplementary costs that may occur.

5.5. Failure to pay extraneous costs such as import/custom duties or taxes will result in either the product being returned to 313 London Limited, or it being disposed of. Should these circumstances apply, 313 London Limited cannot reimburse the customer.

6. Damage/Loss in Transit.

6.1. 313 London Limited accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s requirements, with respect to notification of damage, shortages of products, or non-delivery of products.

6.2. The customer should inspect the product on receipt. Should any item be missing or is damaged, the customer should inform the company within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

6.3. Damaged products must be retained by the customer for inspection by the company and at the company’s discretion.

6.4. Should the customer decide to return any item, they must email the company within 3 working days to arrange for any returns.

7. Returns

7.1. Any orders can be returned within 14 days from the date of the delivery.

7.2. All returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories and packaging.

7.3. The customer should contact the company to cancel an order. A member of our team will provide guidance on the process.

7.4. It is the responsibility of the customer that all returns be received by the company in the same condition in which they were sent. It is advised that the customer retain their proof of postage. It may also be considered prudent for the customer to send any items via recorded delivery.

7.5. All returns, where possible, are processed within 7 days of receipt.
